Returns Policy
Authorization is not required to return books in clean and resaleable condition. All stickers and sticker residue must be removed. The distribution center retains the right to determine the saleability of returned books. Returns deemed unsaleable will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Books not purchased from CUA Press or HFS are not acceptable and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. To receive full credit, invoice number, ISBN, title, quantity, and reason for return must be included with each shipment. Returns without invoice information will be credited at highest discount. All shipping charges must be prepaid.

Period of eligibility: Claims for short shipments or damaged books must be made within thirty days of invoice date. Out-of-Stock (OSI) and Out-of-Print (OP) titles are not returnable 60 days after declaration of status.
